    Accredited Learnership Programmes

    A learnership provides a route to study towards an occupationally related qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

    It is a workplace education and training programme comprising both structured practical workplace (on-the-job) experience and structured theoretical training over a period of at least twelve months.

    Learner Recruiting & Sourcing

    Arke Consulting & Training Services source both abled and disabled unemployed candidates. Aligned to both your specific requirements with the aim to maximise your points on this element of the B-BBEE Scorecard.

    At the end of the learnership we engage with other businesses to find full time employment for the learners so that absorption bonus points are earned.
